Troy and his staff were extremely professional and responded to all questions very quickly. If they didn't have the answer, they didn't play around, they researched it or got with a subject matter expert who provided the information in a timely manner. They instilled a great amount of confidence and I felt that they were looking out for my best interest throughout the entire process. Troy and his staff always took their time to answer any questions and put the information into terms that I could easily understand as a first time buyer. Troy and his staff hit the mark on the interest rate and met all deadlines. I was able to close on time with no issue.
